BG Controls operates a 364 day remote bureau service, where our dedicated bureau engineers are available to assist facilities staff and their subcontractors.

Through the use of public switched lines or internet capable controllers, BG Controls is able to interrogate systems with a view to checking, correcting or informing of potential problem areas.

We believe, no other independent systems integrator can boast a bureau operation that has 364/15/10 statistics! Our bureau operation is staffed, in-house, 364 days a year, 15 hours a day supporting 10 different BMS product ranges. Our bureau is capable of remote interrogation of customers sites, enabling a fast response and resolution to site issues.

The bureau is backed by a 24 hour call-out services that enables site support out of hours, through the night.
