BG Controls operates a 364 day remote bureau service, where our dedicated bureau engineers are available to assist facilities staff and their subcontractors.

Our bureau operation is staffed, in-house, 364 days a year, 15 hours a day supporting 10 different BMS product ranges. Our bureau is capable of remote interrogation of customers sites, enabling a fast response and resolution to site issues.

The bureau is backed by a 24 hour call-out services that enables site support out of hours, through the night.
