Value Engineering

There are a number of value engineering opportunities that can be applied to projects, especially when multiple-sites are involved. By creating modular design standards, both time and money can be saved.

BG Controls is able to take a view of the project as a whole, and combine project overhead costs such as project management and preliminaries, as well as achieving competitive volume purchases from key suppliers.

Project Management

On many occasions, we have been invited to projects following the failure of other specialist subcontractors. The key to any major project is the Project Manager. Our Project Managers have experience and understand the organisational requirements to achieve on-time, on-budget projects.
