BG Controls is managed by a team with many years experience in the Building Management Controls industry. The team place great importance in regular communication and transparency of information to both employees and customers.

Duncan Biggins (Sales & General Management), is a founder member and the “B” in BG Controls. Duncan's roots lie in Electrical Installation, before moving to the world of System Integration.

Steve Gunn (Financial & Key Accounts), is a founder member and the “G” in BG Controls. Steve spent 15 years working for Systems Integrators before partnering with Duncan in 1995.

Phil Bolus (Service & Maintenance), is known for his ability to create successful service operations. Phil was instrumental in building both the early Satchwell, Bureau and TAC service businesses.

Dave Gabbitass (Panel Manufacturing), will not admit how many years experience he has managing manufacturing operations. Dave joined BG Controls in 1999 and ensures our panel quality is unrivalled.

John Nicholls (Business Development), has been in the BMS industry for 25 years working in the role of consultant, manufacturer (as the Managing Director of Andover Controls Ltd), and now as a BG Director.

Mike Dauris (Project Management), runs our Integrated Systems division with passion and enthusiasm. Mike has worked for BG Controls man and boy installing BMS projects nationwide.

Martin Rogers (Project Management), recently joined BG Controls following tours of duty with both manufacturers and other Systems Integrators. Martin manages our Central projects division.
